2013 Action Sports Grand Prix Series
The 2013 Action Sports Grand Prix series will award a #1 plate to the rider that accumulates the greatest amount of points in each class, along with the contingency awards and certificates from our sponsors to the top 3 riders in each class. A rider must ride 5 races in the same class to be eligible for series awards. Series points from all 8 rounds will determine each class champion.
Action Sports started the Grand Prix craze in November of 2003 at the Action Sports Center in Nelsonville, Ohio, which is now Fast Traxx. The Action Sports GP race course is as fun as it gets. It combines a mix of rolling natural terrain motocross, wide flowing harescramble trails, twisty open woods sections and a few steep hills. The entire course is youth friendly as our 65 and 85 riders compete on the entire course. Our 50cc mini cycles and mini quads have a shorter easier course. Our track goes from moto to woods 5 times per lap. The entire track is nearly 10 feet wide, in fact we drive our water trucks on most of the wooded sections to keep the dust down on hot sunny days. Spectators can see the riders at least 5 times per lap. We have excellent dust control, fenced spectator areas, and a good PA system. We announce each race to keep everyone informed of all the racing action. Take a video lap of our track from any page. We change the track a few times per year to keep everything interesting.

The thrills and excitement of the West Virginia Indoor Motocross Championship will return to the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington on Friday and Saturday January 4th & 5th 2013 at 7:30 PM.
The West Virginia Indoor Motocross Championship plays host to thousands of motocross race fans and hundreds of competitors beginning at 5 years old on 50cc mini bikes along with amateur riders of all ages and skill levels and an even more talented group of professional riders. Many of our past riders including National Supercross and Motocross Champions Jeff Stanton, Mike Larocco, Todd DeHoop, Broc Sellards, Mike Brown and more have achieved National stardom after competing in Action Sports events; could you be the next?

My name is Ric Myers, I am a 58 year old novice racer, just started this year, you've probably heard the story before, kids are grown and friends got old and I didn't want to get old with them anyway not that I'm an expert or anything but I wanted to take a moment and congratulate you on having as nice a track and facility as I have been to, I have been to 5 or 6 other places and nothing comes close to your place as far as layout combining woods and track.
I had a blast, and my girlfriend loved it as much as I did, she was able to take lots of pictures and also just see lots of racing, not just riders disappearing into the woods. I know I will always track your wed site for racing dates in the future. mostly though I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the product you put out there, I can only imagine how much thought and time went into it.
